A new HQ for Achieva, designed to support their brand, people, and plans for growth.
THE BRIEF
We worked with Maclaren Jones to deliver the full fit-out of Achieva’s new head office.
This included offices, meeting rooms, a reception area, and a breakout space. The goal was to create a space that reflected their new brand and brought five businesses together under one identity.

What we delivered
Glass-fronted meeting suites
Two enclosed meeting spaces were built just off the main office, using full-height glazed partitions. These provided privacy while keeping the space open and connected. Custom vinyl graphics were added to reflect the Achieva brand and give the rooms a clear identity.
Brand-first graphic installations
From the entrance to the internal spaces, distinctive wall graphics helped bring the Achieva brand to life. These visuals reinforced their values, tone of voice, and identity as a global recruitment agency.
An open, flexible breakout zone
A relaxed breakout space was designed to give staff a place to pause, meet or recharge. The space was open, contemporary and easy to use - built to support the team’s day-to-day and encourage collaboration.
THE EXPERIENCE
The space gave Achieva a clear identity from the moment its team stepped in.
Designed to be functional and professional, but created with people in mind, the new workspace brought the team together in one environment that reflected who they are and what they do.
