A bold new era for Liverpool F.C., celebrating their partnership with Nike.
THE BREIF
A project for Premier League champions Liverpool F.C., who were marking their move to global sportswear brand Nike as official kit sponsor.
The flagship retail store – the largest in the world for Liverpool FC – needed a complete rebrand across two floors. Working closely with design partners The One Off, we set out to transform the space into a physical celebration of this iconic partnership, blending local heritage with global ambition.

What we delivered
Industrial-inspired merchandising system
A nod to Liverpool F.C.'s engineering roots, we recreated the look of classic Meccano through custom product display racks. After extensive sourcing, we located an industrial racking system that closely echoed Meccano’s signature aesthetic. We then powder-coated the framework in Liverpool Red, delivering both brand impact and hometown tribute in one.
Immersive brand messaging
The theme ‘Tell Us Never’, symbolising Liverpool F.C.'s never-say-die spirit, was brought to life through large-format banners suspended from the ceiling. Designed for maximum visibility, the prints became powerful visual statements, reinforcing the mindset behind both club and sponsor in a way that couldn’t be missed.
Bespoke ceiling display feature
We engineered and installed a custom-built overhead grid system designed to hold hundreds of exclusive, wool-woven scarves. Each scarf was produced with the ‘Tell Us Never’ message stitched into the fabric. The installation created a textured, layered ceiling feature that pulled the whole concept together – bold, and personal.
THE EXPERIENCE
From opening day, the store became a destination in itself.
From queues forming outside to excitement echoing across social media, local radio, and the press, the rebrand made a lasting impression. The newly refurbished store captured the spirit of the city, the story of the club, and the energy of a new chapter with Nike.
