Across the UK, the stores were luxury, immersive escapes from the highstreet for people to book a holiday of a lifetime.

What we delivered
A personalised, hospitality experience
Replicating the experience of airport hospitality with Virgin, the space had personal touches to make visitors feel comfortable and excited. Like a home-from-home, the space was created to feel informal, allowing visitors to explore on their own, helping themselves to refreshments and relaxing whilst waiting for their appointment.
Fun for the family
Designed to be a magical space for every member of the family, the space had dedicated areas for children to play whilst adults book that holiday of a lifetime. Designed to be fun, comfortable, and on-brand, the spaces were designed to be sturdy, comfortable, and most importantly fun.
Warm and inviting
Working with a palette of neutral oak, soft upholstery and warm lighting to frame the cherry-red uniforms of the team, we utilised every inch of space to showcase the brand's recognisable messaging and style. With nothing left to chance, every corner of the room was designed with the customer experience in mind.
THE EXPERIENCE
A fun, elevated, timeless space that is completely synonymous with the brand.
With every corner of the room an 'oh wow' moment for those visiting the stores, the entire experience was curated around delighting every visitor that walked through the door.
