The Dial's team sought to transform their existing bar area into a more expansive, stylish dining space.
The goal was to create a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere that would draw in locals and visitors while maintaining the spirit of the restaurant's welcoming vibe.

What we delivered
Expanded dining area
We reimagined the bar space to create a larger, functional seating area. By reducing the bar’s size we maintained the space's openness while complementing the existing restaurant. The result: a welcoming and spacious area that encouraged socialising without compromising the intimate feel of the original design.
Custom handcrafted seating
Every detail of the seating was designed with precision, from the carefully considered stitching to the flute spacing and the combination of leather and timber finishes. The new banquettes perfectly paired with the restaurant’s bold, standout vibe, adding both comfort and style to the space.
Refined bar additions
The existing bar was enhanced with carefully selected over-bar storage solutions and brass cladding. These updates were not just practical but brought a fresh, modern touch that suited the new design, offering functional elegance that still felt cohesive with the rest of the space.
THE EXPERIENCE
The moment guests stepped into The Dial, they were met with a space that immediately sparked conversation.
The expansion accommodated more guests without feeling overcrowded, perfectly fitting into the relaxed atmosphere. The new seating and bar features added to the warmth and sophistication, allowing the focus to remain on the inviting experience and exceptional food.
