A high-impact reception space for the Michelin Riva showroom.
THE BRIEF
The Spaces team were asked to help refresh the reception area at Michelin’s UK headquarters – a space that every visitor and employee passes through.
The reception area needed to inspire curiosity and intrigue but also to tell the story of Michelin’s rich history, values, and innovation, all while ensuring the space was identifiably Michelin, reflecting the brand’s identity through every design detail.

What we delivered
A space shaped by the brand
Inspired by Michelin’s core product, we worked with Design Partners to bring in a flowing, circular design language. Curved walls created soft boundaries between a relaxed waiting area and a semi-private breakout space.
A premium finished look
We brought Michelin’s identity to life through finishes, with bold blocks of the iconic blue and yellow. Brushed aluminium, clean glass details and considered lighting gave the space a fresh, premium feel without losing its warmth.
A multi-sensory brand story
Individual wall panels were filled with bold colours, graphics and digital screens - telling Michelin’s story in motion and print. Display cases with carefully chosen collectables and motorsport pieces added a physical connection to their world-class legacy.
THE EXPERIENCE
The Michelin reception space felt charged with history and forward-thinking innovation.
For staff, it’s a proud place to walk through every day. For visitors, it’s a striking intro to a brand they already recognise but now get to feel.
